  21. If you have been using a prior version of this product, your collection
  22. data may be corrupt -- please refer to the file V123BUG.TXT for details

  26. USING DATA FILES FROM OUR 'PAPER ROUTE LEDGER' PROGRAM
  27. ------------------------------------------------------
  28. If you have been using our Paper Route Ledger program, your Professional 
  29. Carrier program can use your existing data files. Please refer to the file 
  30. PRL-DATA.TXT for instructions.

  33. COLOR/MONOCHROME MONITORS
  34. -------------------------
  35. This program will check to see if you have a color video card installed in 
  36. your computer. If it finds one, it will automatically set the screen 
  37. display to the color settings. If it finds a monochrome video card, it will 
  38. automatically set the screen display to the monochrome settings. If you are 
  39. using a color card with a monochrome monitor, the program may not display 
  40. properly. However, you can go back to the DOS prompt and restart the 
  41. program using the command  PROCARR M  to restart the program in forced 
  42. monochrome mode.

  45. PRINTING THE DOCUMENTATION:
  46. ---------------------------
  47. The documentation file (MANUAL.TXT) is formatted for 70-characters per 
  48. line, and 58-lines per page. You can print the documentation from within 
  49. the program by selecting the UTILITIES pulldown menu, and then selecting 
  50. the "Print User's Manual" option. Alternately, you can print if from the 
  51. DOS command line simply by issuing the following command:

  53.      COPY MANUAL.TXT PRN

  55. The documentation file contains form-feed characters, so it can also be 
  56. printed by various printing utilities. (NOTE: The registered, fully- 
  57. licensed version includes a printed, bound reference manual).
